Dopamine, noradrenaline and adrenaline are all part of the same group of neurotransmitters.
The building block for dopamine comes from the amino acid tyrosine (found in protein and veg). Dopamine is also converted to noradrenaline, which then gets converted to adrenaline.
These neurotransmitters have a complex role in our behaviour, social relationships, stress/anxiety response and even sleep.
